Another sword from Soul Wars, a fantastic book by Josh Reynolds. This is the Tempest Blade of an elite Stormcast Evocator, Helios, who has an epic last stand using staff and blade to summon holy blue lighting from Azyr incinerating scores of Nighthaunt, buying his allies valuable time to escape.
